CONFIRMATION INSTRUCTION AND PRICING
As per our national advertising rate card, MPM charges its advertising services accordingly. Once you have selected a price and preferred duration of commercial/s, MPM will prepare a "Confirmation Media Instruction" which will require the signature of the brand manager or individual charged with the responsibility of accepting the charges and forwarding the invoices to the finance department for payment.
All advertising clients will be required to complete a credit application agreement with Metriplex. Upon approval, it will be according to the discretion of Metriplex to offer 30 day terms or insist on 50% up front payment upon booking confirmation with the balance due prior to the advertising campaign airring. VIDEO PRODUCTION AND CREATIVE SERVICES
We offer extensive facilities that include animation and graphic services, sufficient to help each client produce a video commercial that meets the technical requirements of the network's technology.
Prior to any creative work being produced, MPM will require complete sign-off and approval of the messaging and visual storyboard by the Regulatory Department or Commercial Officer of the advertiser.
MPM will accept no responsibility or liability for any work that is apporved and flighted on the 500+ media network that is found to be offensive, defamatory or fails to meet the requirments of the SA Healthcare Marketing Code. While MPM will make every effort to ensure that nothing it designs or proposes will place its clients at risk, the approval system of all broadcast material remains the exclusive responsibility of the advertiser.
SHORT DURATION - Price-based commercials
Where it suits a particular client's advertising or promotional strategy, short duration commercials of 6, 5, 4 and 3 second commercials are available. Please note that all commercial bookings are for a minimum period of 3 months at a time. Longer running campaigns or committed bookings of 6 and 12 months carry a discount.
